Welcome couragous seekers and wanderers of the Heart!
I am offering here a full-on journey into your depth of Self Love, a deep immersive, actively embodied, emotionally alive journey!
It is not about the soft beautiful coton-like love, no, it is about Love in all it’s different flavors and shapes: the beautiful, the ugly, the messy, the fierce, the strong, the sad, the soft, the grieving, the honouring, the nurturing, etc.
This workshop is a condensed reflection of my own path over the last 16years travelling around the world. It is my secret map to Self Love.
What will it look like? It is a Shamanic meditation with Tantric and Sufi tools that i personally cherish and practice. This is a personnal journey and not a group practice!
I will not offer any theory about Self Love but a proper experience into: - the stages of development of Love, - the polarities of the Heart - the hidden doorways to self Love.
