During this online program, we will explore the different ways to awaken the pleasure, joy, contentment, ecstasy that is our nature.
But I'm not lying to you, this journey is not easy.
What prevents us from living life as a celebration is often what we have put as barriers to protect ourselves from certain overly trying emotions. Removing them is freeing ourselves!
